I am a passionate Human Potential Management (HPM) Trainer with over two decades of experience empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential. Since 1999, I have been designing and delivering impactful training programs in the areas of soft skills and critical thinking for colleges, universities, and corporate sectors across India.
My Journey
In 2001, I established Training Tiger, a platform dedicated to advancing HR Training & Development. Training Tiger has built a reputation over the years as a go-to for industry and institution-specific solutions that help people reach their full potential and propel businesses to new heights.
As a management graduate specializing in Educational Leadership, I always held a strong desire to help people grow, personally and professionally. In addition, I also have earned certifications as a Trainer from the INNER CIRCLE group, one of India’s leading Training the Trainer academies, and from the Career Development Foundation – India (CDFI) Academy in the field of Career Management.

CSR:
To enter the CSR space aimed to positively impact the social development sector.
We realized that the world was beginning to discuss ethical practices and the role of corporations in developing communities.
We want to help corporates understand the significance of on-ground issues, facilitate investment in need-based initiatives and enable partnerships with credible NGOs.
The aim is to provide corporates with resources and help them build strategies to impact sustainable community change. We also work in capacity building of NGOs to serve the evolving expectations from the CSR department while at the same time strategically serving the communities.
Our focus spectrum would be covering education, health, nutrition, sanitation, environment, and sports among other areas.
Indiais a fast-growing market in both consumption and procurement .This situationgave us an idea to start a Trade House in being a facilitator for Agro – Infra– Lifestyle products and Services. Andthat’s how L&N Lifestyle was born, a company with a motto of building LIFE& supporting NATURE. Today L & N has earned a reputation as one of thepreferred trade houses in EURASIAN markets, predominantly in EU /RUSSIA and APACcountries. Currently we are in to R&Dand investment of start-ups in Lifestyle products , since 2019.
As part of L&N Lifestyle, we ventured into foodand beverage vertical. Our first venture was into resto-bar in the brand nameof OFF THE RECORD in Chennai. OTR was instrumental in redefining the way thecity was partying . Post the successfulventure , we now consult resto bar venture from ideation to the launch.

We specialise in the wholesale supply of globally recognised and valued products to different nations. These product ranges vary between food, beverage, health care, agro-chemicals and lifestyle industries.
Today L&N has earned a reputation as one of the preferred trade houses in EURASIAN markets, predominantly in the EU/RUSSIA and APAC countries.
We intend to bridge the gap between suppliers and customers through exemplary services on speed & reliability and there by sustaining the customers. Through many years of expertise in the sourcing and distribution of branded products worldwide, the acquisition of the global commodities market is on the continuous run.
Since 2019, we have also been into R&D and investment in lifestyle-based startups.
As part of L&N Lifestyle, we ventured into the food and beverage vertical. Our first venture was into a resto-bar named, ‘Off The Record’ in Chennai. Also shortly called, OTR was instrumental in redefining the party image of the city. We also extend ourselves into offering consultation for any restobar venture from ideation till the launch.
